See the Wall frameTL, TT and LL explained
Each end of a free-standing frame is either a tumble bar or a ladder. The Medium and the Large are sold in all three combinations.
TL
One tumble bar and one ladder
The most popular choice: a ladder at one end and a tumble bar at the other.
TT
Two tumble bars
A tumble bar at each end. This is the lowest-priced version of the Medium and the Large.
LL
Two ladders
A ladder at each end, for monkey-bar style climbing: up one ladder, across the rungs and down the other. Choose this if the monkey bars are the main reason you are buying.

Frequently asked questions
Which frame is best for monkey bars?
Every PlayBase frame has a run of monkey-bar rungs across the top. The LL version has a ladder at each end, which suits monkey-bar style climbing. The Medium and the Large are both sold as LL.
What is the difference between TL, TT and LL?
Each end of a free-standing frame is a tumble bar or a ladder. TL is one tumble bar and one ladder and is the most popular. TT is two tumble bars. LL is two ladders. The prices differ and are shown for each frame on this page.
Do the frames need concrete?
No. The free-standing frames are held by base sections anchored in the ground, so no concrete is needed. We do not assemble the frames, but BERG's manual covers assembly and we can put you in touch with an experienced installer.
How much space does each frame need?
The widths are: Medium 2.85m, Large 3.8m, Extra Large 4.9m. Each frame is 1m deep and 2.45m high. BERG's manual gives the free space each frame needs around it, and we check that against your garden in the free consultation.
How long does delivery take?
PlayBase frames are held in stock in our own Irish warehouse. In-stock items are delivered within 48 hours, otherwise typically 7 to 10 days. Delivery is free for every frame, in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Not sure which frame fits your garden?
Send us a couple of photos and rough measurements. We will tell you which PlayBase frame fits and give you a delivered price. It is free and there is no obligation.
